Under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, it is a legal requirement for a landlord to ensure that the gas pipework, appliances and flues in their properties are working correctly and safe for tenants to use. As Corgi registered installers, we can provide the annual safety checks and certification which are required by law.
