Bower Associates is a family run plumbing, heating, gas and electrical company with over fifteen years experience providing gas and heating services to the public. We offer a full range of services to both domestic and commercial clients.

Our commitment to you
We are members of the prestigious Corgi 'Customer First' Approved Quality Service. This means that we adhere to the following code of practice:
- We will provide a friendly and trustworthy service.
- We will turn up to a job on time, and if not possible, call the customer to let them know when we will arrive.
- We will provide a fair quote, in writing, and stick to it unless the job changes. Any changes will be agreed with and explained to the customer.
- We will leave the place where we have been working as we found it.
- We will endeavour to resolve any problems with the work we have carried out and work with the customer to sort out any issues.
In addition, we will bend over backwards to ensure that you are delighted with the quality of our work and our service. We operate a professional diary system, issuing letters to confirm appointments if booked more than seven days in advance, and avoiding rescheduling work unless it is absolutely necessary.
Unlike many plumbers, we only allow certified electricians to carry out any required electrical work during, for example, the fitting of a new boiler. This not only means that the work is carried out in the safest possible way, but also that warranties on new boilers etc will be fully honoured by the manufacturers, because installation has been carried out in an approved manner.
